RADIAL LAMINATE RACING HEADSAIL
Our Radial Cut laminate race optimised headsails are manufactured in a range of performance laminates either film/film or with Taffeta, as a tri radial design. We bond and seam each panel, including graduated reinforcing patches, with 3 step zig-zag stitching in SunStop thread. Complete with a flake bag incorporating a full length zip.
BUILT FOR RACING
The race specification includes a luff tape to suit your foil (or hanks if specified), tell tails along the luff, webbing head and tack attachment points on furling sails or O rings head and tacks ( tack snap shackle if specified) stainless steel ring in the clew. In addition, we fit a low stretch leach line that exits near the clew to a metal jaw cleat, adjustable foot line, camber lines across both sides of the sail and a standard sail number (if overlap is over 130%)
