OCEAN SAILS
Our ocean sails are designed to last for thousands of miles and hundreds of days on long passages. They are manufactured in high tenacity woven polyester branded sailcloth. We bond and seam each panel, including graduated reinforcing patched with 3 rows of three-step zig-zag stitching in Sunstop thread. Your sail will include stainless steel pressed rings at the tack, clew and all reefing points, as well as teflon anti-chafe reinforcement at ‘high wear’ points around the edges.
