Hi I’m Gemma, and I work part time as a purchasing assistant at Kemp Sails in Wareham.
For my midlife crisis, instead of buying a motorbike, I bought a yacht on an internet auction site: 8 years later I am now on boat number 2, a much more comfortable and modern Bavaria 32.
My favourite type of sailing is very much the fair weather variety – I much prefer the comfort and passing the time on a journey over the speed and excitement of racing.
My colleagues will tell you that I’m their designated adult, but that might say more about them than me.
